Returns & Refund Policy

We gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 7 days from the date of arrival. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from our warehouse.

Fulfillment mistakes on our end — shipping you the wrong product — are also accepted for return within 7 days of purchase, and a full refund will be issued if requested.

Return conditions

All merchandise for returns or exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered. All tags must remain on the item to qualify for your request.

If an item is returned during a free shipping promotion, the customer is still responsible for the actual shipping charges to and from the warehouse.

Halloween season

During October and the first week of November, we cannot accept returns. We will gladly exchange for different sizes or replace defective items.
