What happens when I place my order?

After you place your order, a confirmation email is sent to your inbox. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder. Your order is then securely processed and fulfilled by our warehouse, and you’ll get a second email with tracking when it ships.

When will my order be processed and shipped?

All orders ship within one to two business days.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Free standard shipping arrives in 3–5 business days via USPS. Need it sooner? Choose USPS Priority at checkout (about 3 business days) for $14.90. We ship from Sandy, Utah, so much of the western U.S. arrives on the faster end.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards and PayPal, through a secure encrypted checkout. Apple Pay and Google Pay are available on supported devices.

What is your return policy?

We gladly accept returns of products that are defective due to manufacturing or workmanship within 7 days of arrival (the customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from our warehouse). If we make a fulfillment mistake and ship the wrong product, we’ll accept the return within 7 days of purchase and issue a full refund if requested.

All returns and exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered, with all tags still attached to qualify.

If an item is returned during a free shipping promotion, the customer is still responsible for the actual shipping charges to and from the warehouse.

Halloween note: During October and the first week of November, we can’t accept returns — but we’ll gladly exchange for different sizes or replace defective items.
